Sparkly shiny stuff
Shops in the UK in December are full of sparkly little numbers in readiness for the Christmas and New Year party season. Why then are shops in June (equivalent of December) full of the same sparkly little numbers? Christmas is six months away. Are the NZ shops getting the European seconds? Possibly, but then why are the Kiwi clothing designers and shop owners stocking the sparkly stuff? Don't forget Christmas and New Year attire is of the strappy, jangle enhanced sun worshipping kind here.
