Day 3 - 40 minutes, more like 2 hours!

Hmmmm can't say I got up early this morning. Well it is Saturday and after 5 days of 6am wake-ups I'm a bit tired. But I wasn't too late up as Miss and I had a job to do. This morning we tramped the hilly streets of Island Bay selling Girl Guide cookies.
Wellington is one hilly city and Island Bay has its fair share of hills. We decided to start our sales in our old street which is mega mega hilly. As we hauled ourselves up one path to a potential customer I could feel the sweat rolling down my back (nice!). Well it was worth it as the lovely people bought 4 packets of cookies and let us have a ride back down to the road in their cable car. Yes really I did mean a cable car. You see some houses in Welly are up such steep bits owners often have steep paths and cable cars. Can't say I'm a big fan of cable cars but Miss thought it was a fantastic idea so in I hopped. Lets just say I sat with my back to the "view" and stared back up at the hillside. Miss had stunning view over the ocean.
So after two hours walking the hills of Island Bay I think I did a bit more than my 40 minutes of exercise a day. We rewarded ourselves with a coffee and a hot choc in a local cafe and I'm pleased to say we did get a lift home.
