
No alcohol last night but then I was at Brownies running after a group 7-9 year old so it wasn’t really appropriate! So carrying on with what I’m going to be doing for 40 days and I’m going to commit to 40 minutes of proper exercise every day (can you see the 40 theme here…) So off the gym this morning for boot camp class. Instructor took us outside today to run up and down stairs shuttle sprints along the waterfront, team tag and various other delights. Yes team I was vibrant red at the end of the session. I wonder if I’ll manage 40 minutes on Saturday morning.
Also trying to give up telly for 40 days. To be honest that shouldn’t be too difficult as we lived without telly for almost a year. However it’s easy not to watch telly when you don’t have one. Will it be so easy when a working TV with freeview is sitting seductively in the living room?
